SALINE STEAM
SHOWER PROJECT
We are introducing this extravagant steam shower bathroom. It comes with a custom glass enclosure and an essential oils infused steam head. Two thermostats to control the steam shower, one outside the shower to preheat the steam unit and another inside the shower for temperature control. Programmable heated floors with natural stone in a herringbone layout. Two defog backlit mirrors accompanied by toe kick lighting under the vanity. The bathroom also includes a heated towel rack, free standing tub, a live edge black walnut bench and matching live edge black walnut floating shelves.
LIVONIA KITCHEN REMODEL
We completely gutted this kitchen and dining area and remodeled it from the ground up. Cabinets by KSI. Porcelain tile floor. Glass backsplash. Downdraft range. A truly beautiful design.
SALINE BATHROOM REMODEL
This Saline bathroom was a full remodel. New soaker tub. New porcelain tile floor. Custom tile tub surround. Improved lighting layout. Barn style glass door. All black finishes.
YPSILANTI DECK/GAZEBO BUILD
We removed the old deck and redesigned the new deck to provide a more accommodating layout. The deck was framed perfectly to facilitate the inclusion of the pre-fab gazebo. The lattice underneath the deck was stain-matched to the color of the gazebo to create a deliberate two-tone effect. We also created an access door underneath the deck to provide outdoor storage.
LANDSDOWNE LANE DECK
This beautiful cedar tone deck has a 12' staircase and custom lattice skirting. Underneath the deck there is a weed barrier, pea stone and plenty of storage. We created an access door with latch to compliment the outdoor storage feature. The cocktail handrails, picture framed decking and large footprint create a great area for entertaining company.
LOON HOLLOW COURT HARDWOOD FLOORING
We removed the old carpet and installed prefinished oak in this dining room. The custom transition was a nice touch, and helps to hide the slight color variation in the two different products.
COLCHESTER LANE DECK
This was our first deck of the season. We tore down their old deck and built this private and cozy cedar tone deck with a picture framed decking pattern, lattice skirting and cocktail handrails.
SALINE BASEMENT PROJECT
Complete remodel of this basement and turned it into a gorgeous living space!
